Order confirmation

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We will confirm availability, final charges and fulfillment details before completing the order. Please provide a working phone number or email address.

Payment

Available payment instructions are shown after checkout. Orders are not considered complete until payment and availability are confirmed by Cole Cattle Company.

Merchandise

Local pickup and shipping may be available. Shipping charges are confirmed separately when applicable. Returns or exchanges must be approved in advance and merchandise must be unused and in original condition.

Semen orders

Joyful Noise semen is stored at GPBS. Semen availability is subject to confirmation. Collection-center transfer, shipping, handling, tank and other third-party fees are separate from the listed price per straw and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Refund eligibility depends on whether merchandise has shipped or semen transfer and fulfillment have begun.

Privacy

We use the name, contact, delivery and order information you provide only to process and communicate about your purchase. We do not sell customer information. The website records anonymous page-view counts to help us understand which pages visitors use; it does not store visitor names or browsing profiles.
